Scope and product
These terms apply to EarlyOffice, provided by independent developer Gin. Read them together with the Privacy Policy; paid features also follow the Pro Purchase Terms. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
Rights to recordings
Only record, import or share content you are entitled to use, with relevant people’s permission. Respect privacy, personality, copyright and other lawful rights. Content remains yours or its original owner’s; local storage does not transfer ownership to the developer.
Using alarms
Alarms depend on your device, system permissions and successful scheduling. A powered-off device, permission changes or system faults can affect reminders. Previewing, stopping or skipping does not mark waking up as completed; you confirm that yourself. Check the settings for important reminders.
Local data and compatibility
Keep your device secure and export needed data before deleting the app or changing devices. Supported systems are stated in the store listing. Updates may change features or interfaces, with material changes explained appropriately.

Apple handles purchases; see the Pro Purchase Terms for access and refunds. Contact Gin at 279694479@qq.com to seek a resolution. Applicable law and legally competent dispute-resolution bodies govern disputes. No non-excludable liability is excluded.
