Scope and contact
This policy covers the EarlyOffice iOS app provided by independent developer Gin. Contact: 279694479@qq.com. Website visits and app data are described separately below.
Local data
Recordings, alarm plans, date messages, diary entries and wake-up records are stored locally. No account, advertising or third-party behavioral analytics are required or integrated. The app does not upload this content to a developer-operated server. Apple device backups may include local data depending on your system settings.
Permissions and widgets
Microphone permission is requested for recording; alarm permission enables system alarms. Denying permission limits the corresponding feature. You can change permissions in system settings. Widgets read display summaries and save separate lightweight interaction state, not recording files.
Purchases and Apple services
Apple processes the non-consumable Pro purchase. The app verifies transactions to determine entitlement and does not receive card details or full payment information. Apple’s policies govern its purchase, backup and system services.
Sharing and support
When you choose to export or share, your selected app or recipient handles that content. Support emails provide us with the address, message and attachments you send, used to resolve feedback and necessary follow-up. We retain them for as long as needed to address the issue and meet applicable obligations. Email us to request access, correction or deletion of support information.
Control and deletion
You can remove existing voices in the app, or delete the app to remove its local application data. Deleting the app does not delete system backups; manage those in Apple settings. Restoring purchases restores access, not deleted local content.
Website and children
Website hosting may process operational logs such as IP address, browser type and access time; this does not mean the app uploads recordings. Minors should use and purchase with a guardian’s guidance. Do not record or publish another person’s voice without permission.
Updates
Changes to features or data handling will be reflected in this page and its date. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.
