Keep evidence of an intermittent BLE fault
Build a repeatable test and retain the records around a failure instead of relying on memory.
Write down the smallest scenario
Record the accessory firmware, selected TX/RX characteristics, command and expected response. Capture one successful run first. Change one variable at a time so that a later failure can be compared with a meaningful baseline.
Preview before hardware execution
Bluetooth Tool - Debug includes offline flow editing and previews. Pro is required to execute a flow against hardware. Keep the app in the foreground and use commands appropriate for your test accessory; an offline preview does not send commands.
Capture the surrounding records
Pro incident capture preserves records before and after a configured trigger. Choose a trigger that corresponds to an observable symptom, then inspect the saved data. A matching response prefix or Bluetooth write acknowledgment alone does not establish device-level success.
Prepare a useful report
Use Pro diagnostic reports and run comparisons to organize observations. State what happened, what you expected and how to reproduce it. Pro monthly, yearly and lifetime plans unlock the same feature set; check current local prices in the purchase screen.
